It's subjective but they are SGS A+ rated so its MicroOLED are said to be better on your eyes than phones and monitors. But they aren't good to wear for long periods of time I'm sure.

I'd think they would have mentioned how bright it was if so. I would guess that the brightness is as good as the screens in current MicroOLED headsets, *at best*. And those have a duty cycle/persistence up to about 3x as long as the Valve headsets.
But I'm just speculating based on other products.
