I think it's interesting how extremely different the PS1 and the N64 were.
Like it wasn't just one was better than the other, but they had minmaxed their stats in different areas, so the games are completely different.

I think people who do politics for a living should be pretty hardnosed about this generally, but there always are certain things that are electorally suboptimal from a minmaxed all else equal p(winning) perspective because doing those things is in many ways basically the entire point of politics.
