I'm having a hard time conveying the benefits of meditation succinctly without sounding hyperbolic.
"Why do you like mediation, Tubbs?"
-"Well because it makes you a mindwarrior."
"Why do you like mediation, Tubbs?"
-"Well because it makes you a mindwarrior."

I love this especially because it is something normies can to some extent help with or learn from to help where we can.
(As opposed to the 'they have been subjected to mil-spec psyops and have been taken over by a mind virus only the most ninja counter-ops mindwarrior can attempt... ' approach.)
