Lo malo, hay tres versiones de la placa base que pedí. Creía que me iba a llegar una ATX y ha sido miniATX. Tengo dos tarjetas PCIe para HDs NVME y SATA que queria reutilizar, pero con la gráfica en su sitio sólo puedo poner una y queda a menos de 5 mm de los ventiladores. Puta mierda.

really dumb but switching out my PS5 for a miniATX PC really has me missing the little chime a console does when you wake it. unless I use my original Steam Controller (set to the Stay Alive wakeup chime) to wake it up, all I hear is the fans click into motion it's so sad

so i had a vision
a sketch of a cube-shaped portable computer resembling a CRT. it measures 35cm on each side, and features a 15" QHD LCD screen. it also has a carrying handle, as well as a compartment to store peripherals on the bottom the insides of the computer, featuring a miniATX mainboard with a blower-style Radeon GPU. there is also a flex PSU hidden in the back corner, and storage is indicated to be hidden in the bottom compartment the inside and outside views overlayed, showing how things line up

Question: When building a PC, has the current trend of smaller and smaller cases intrigued you or are you still mostly going with mid or even full-sized ATX cases? My current PC build is in a Corsair Mid case that feels...gigantic. Wondering if I should try a miniATX case next time around.

Which is unfortunate because that's a great, practical option for a good percentage of the desks at the time.

You could also do a modern miniATX or NUC design in one of these but ironically that would ADD footprint because of how geometry and prefabs work
