Qatar is not gifting a 400 million dollar jet to the United States. They are gifting the jet to donald trump. The United States does not keep the jet, trump does. Plus taxpayers will pay for the Pentagon add ons to the jet, which most likely trump will walk away with.

Very possibly no political official in history has made so much corrupt money at a pace like this. Mobutu and Marcos looted a greater share of their countries’ wealth over decades but in absolute terms and in speed, Trump shamelessly puts them to shame.
