I had a bootleg gba multicart with this on it
Early NES emulators allowed for easy sprite editing. 'Sonic Bros.' was one of the earliest to become popular on the internet. In it you collect Emeralds, not Mushrooms, to become big Sonic.

I love what a weird mishmash of both halves of Nintendo the rarely-seen Famicombox is - essentially a Japanese-exclusive multicart NES loaded up with Famicom ROMs baked onto NES cartridges for play in hotels and whatnot.
Cool to see some still kickin’ in the wild.
