What did 16th-century Florentine nuns sing at Christmas? The answer to this burning question is - carols! Like this one www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRIm...

2 more days of our crowdfunder to go, and today's MiniMotet-based-on-a-well-known-tune is one for all the #Monteverdi fans. To paraphrase, sure he was great, but nuns did it all in wimples and chronically sleep-deprived. #nuntastic #earlymodern #GirlsGotPolyphony 1/

Three days to go, and here is Mini Motet 2: Da pacem Domine in diebus nostris. It uses a different strategy to yesterday's, since its chant melody is hidden in the Tenor.
We all need some peace in our time, of course.

I made another lesson. Given that I have dry socket and a jaw infection, *again*, it probably needs subtitles.

Still, editing in Final Cut Pro has more toy value than editing in Word.

And Curtis the OG #MedRenMascot makes an appearance. 😻
