i always knew this would be inevitable eventually, and i avoided it with the DCA midair CRJ (the CRJ in toronto would have been cool bc everyone survived it and everyone with injuries was okay relatively quickly) but it happened now

Recommend not listening to the audio in this video, but you can see engine 1 is on fire before takeoff. It was too late to slow down, only hope would be to fly over buildings and crash into a field. It did not succeed, went through a populated area with autobody shops and warehouses.

As someone who has an immediate family member who works for UPS, as well as someone who is fascinated with aviation, this devastates me to hear
