When management & an intern do the work of stagehands in order to accomplish the mission set by the artistic leadership, that's a clear sign that the production does not have the resources to properly staff and thus safely finish the job. The more starved N4P arts becomes, the more this will happen.

I'm not a lawyer but I do work in a lot of endowed N4P arts organizations similar to WNO and if I understand correctly the folks at the KC who took WNO's endowment to collateralize credit for the KC committed a big-guy felony.
