The Omni ICE trip has made a second removal stop, to Bangladesh. Passengers have been shackled for at least 29 hours.
When it left again they had already been shackled for 45 1/2 hours. Landings in Baltimore (fuel, crew), Bulgaria (fuel), India, Nepal, Laos, and Vietnam. Attorney told me his Vietnamese client was shackled for more than 80 hours.
