fixed my Amiga 2000 so serial Tx transfer functions correctly by replacing an IC.
the NComm terminal program can render ANSI half-blocks as graphic characters, so i was able to render a graphical Mandelbrot on RCA BASIC3 on COSMAC ELF. it took 42 minutes to compute and render as half-block @ 4mhz.

imo polisci needs to get over its aversion to biology & work out some institutions + behaviour extensions to the game-theoretical 'anti-social punishment' literature, e.g www.nature.com/articles/ncomm… This seems doable & more useful than collectively boggling at public displays of psychopathology.
