I’m going to be on @bbcradiomerseyside tomorrow at 7.20am live, talking about my mum for grief awareness week.

Mum’s voicemail to me will also be played.

This week will be hard but if it can get people to open up more then great because grief is love.

Need a plan. On 15th Dec, it’ll be 13 yrs since my brother’s death. It is important for me to mark the day. This has been A YEAR (😱); I’m exhaustedly limping to the end of term/2024 (🥴). I’ve not had headspace to think/plan for the 15th but need to make some space for Martin+I… any ideas?! #NGAW24
