Your projection of organisations thoughtfully navigating “issues” is grotesquely wrong. The NHSE policy decision is a very small part of the CoP’s impact.

Defra are like any Department, only mainly worse.

It is possible that they are even more full of shit than DWP and NHSE.

NEW: Govt has outlined new structure after NHS England is abolished.

Most NHSE national staff will move to an "NHS group" in the Dept of Health.

Regional staff will go into a new quango - which ministers insist will be temporary

NHSE had to go, and it'd be fucking stupid to argue otherwise

A new English NHS urgent and emergency strategy is on the way, hopefully in the next couple of weeks, NHSE boss Interim Jim Mackey tells the Commons PAC.

I wonder how much this new plan will have learned from the failures of almost all NHS plans of the past decade and more.

Still waiting for any political party to mention the awful trans segregation, the deaths of 618+ trans people while waiting for gender care, the harms being done to trans kids in school under the KCSIE 'guidance', the discriminatory NHSE guidelines, trans people fleeing the UK...

Still waiting...

That he was shouting into the void until a certain "journalist" took an interest in trans surgeries should tell you all you need to know about how robust his "multiple warning letters to NHSE" actually are.

The government is today confirming it will create a new national agency to employ thousands of staff in NHS regional teams, while pressing on with abolishing NHS England by April next year.

A big question in my mind emerging from the Great GP Website Debacle of 2026 is:

Do you trust #NHSEngland with the practice domain name?

.nhs.uk looks great, but in the end you don't control it.

An act of incompetence or a GP-NHSE dispute couldl result in your site disappearing...
I've done another video which goes into more detail about how to use Claude Code to customise the website.

Please share this among your GP networks - for many GPs this will give them a completely free website they completely control!

When is abolishing “the world’s biggest QUANGO” (phrase copyright Andy Burnham) NHS England not abolishing the QUANGO NHS England?

NHS England has written to GP practices advising them how to preserve patients’ health information after hundreds of websites were taken offline when a software firm went into administration.

There's a distinct possibility that NHSE have meddled in this.
It's got their dabs all over it, when they've pulled contracts before.
It makes me wonder whether NHSE held a gun to NHS Cymru's head & along with Welsh Tory meddlings the Welsh took fright & have paused the contract for BS reasons.

Either the people in the NHS are remarkably thick, or they're willfully ignoring that the more obvious cause for disparity is that the service in Wales is more efficient that the rest of the UK 🤷🏼‍♀️
The incidence of GD is 600 to 3000 per 100k, and they have a massive backlog.

Sharp questioning for #r4today regarding Palantir and the #NHS. Has anyone genuinely tested open, modular alternatives across trusts, or was this procurement essentially tailored around an incumbent supplier after the pandemic pilots? #NHSE

TBH cross-sex hormones was a term I first saw used by the NHS, particularly NHS England to mean adult trans HRT.
E.g. it peppered its Standards of Care in the 2010's.
But it was hijacked by GCs &, as always, they've warped it to mean something completely different.
Along with NHSE..!

On the NHSE Equality Impact Assessment for the change in hospital accommodation, the space for published evidence, research and consultation findings supporting the change is blank!

The only sources listed are the SC judgment and the EHRC Code of Practice.

#JKRowling has swallowed her own false understanding of what it is to be a transgender person so it comes as no surprise whatsoever that she's gobbled hard on "the kids are being transed" bitter, falsehood propaganda; that completely blindsides any interested person to the incontrovertable truth.
