Oh awesome. Not only has my book been scraped to train generative AI, but someone also used AI to translate it and is now selling it on Amazon. Unlucky for me, this is technically legal, as the book was published with a CC-BY 4.0 open access license.

With the new cppreference-doc qch file I played around and found a bug in Qt Creator. Pressing F1 on std::string::npos didn't provide the documentation!

Most of the backlash I've seen about the money put towards the anti-semitism initiatives has actually been *from the Jewish and Israeli side*, cause apparently it went to larger NPOs that included anti-Israel groups or something? I'll do some more reading when I can, but you may want to as well 🤔

Israel hasn't allowed any external investigation, so while we know the total casualty figures (from government records ofc), we still don't know exactly how many each side was responsible for. It's plausible that IDF air crews panicked and killed a few hundred of the 1163 by mistake.

People hate when I say this, but if you're measuring by the quantity of munitions deployed or the number of civilians killed by IDF violence, Trump has been significantly better for Gaza than Biden. There are several reasons why and it wasn't possible to predict this in Nov 2024.
Between October 2023 and April 2024, Israel dropped more explosives on Gaza than were dropped on London, Dresden, and Hamburg combined during all of WWII.
The destruction of Rafah, which I believe is the city in this picture, did not begin until May 2024.
