On behalf of the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA), I am writing to express our
gratitude for introducing the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. NSSGA encourages the House of Representatives
to pass this package in a timely manner. These policies will ultimately strengthen the aggregates
industry and the American economy.
NSSGA proudly represents over 500 members consisting of aggregates producers and the manufacturers
of equipment and services that support the construction industry. Together, our members form the
backbone of the U.S. infrastructure sector, contributing to more than 90 percent of the crushed stone
and 70 percent of the sand and gravel produced annually across the nation. Our industry employs the
hardworking men and women who produce the essential raw materials used in every home, building,
road, port, dam and public works project. The industry’s economic impact creates a ripple effect on the
broader economy. For every job in the aggregates industry, an additional 5.95 jobs across other
industries are supported, and each dollar of earnings creates another $4.95 of earnings in other sectors.
NSSGA supports building upon the positive outcomes of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act by investing in
policies that foster growth, support workers and benefit small businesses. NSSGA appreciates that the
One Big Beautiful Bill Act includes aggregates industry priorities, such as bonus depreciation, the
Research and Development Tax Credit, small business deductions, keeping the corporate tax rate at the
status quo and protecting percentage depletion and estate taxes. Additionally, we appreciate the
committee’s commitment to safeguarding associations' tax-protected status. This tax bill will provide
certainty for aggregates operators to make necessary capital investments that will create jobs and grow
our economy.
NSSGA also appreciates congressional support for roads, bridges and public transportation systems that
have helped deliver much-needed projects to ever…

NSSGA is concerned about the inclusion of Section 42116, which repeals and rescinds the federal
program focused on low-embodied carbon labeling for construction materials. First, NSSGA urges the
House of Representatives to keep this program intact by striking subsection (a). Second, to honor the
federal government’s commitments, NSSGA encourages your office to clarify that grant selectees should
be allowed to move forward and sign contracts with the Environmental Protection Agency. These
agreements should not be considered unobligated under subsection (b).

(4TA 71) ADDITION OF FIRE SHIELD TO ACCESS DOOR HINGES, dated NOVEMBER 151 1991.
The purpose of this change is to ®paw the fire resistmee of the engine component mass doors located on
the engine cowlingg. This change replaces one aluminum hinge assembly, attaching engine component access
doors to engine cowling with a stainless dal assembly. This change, in conjunction with the two existing
fireproof latches, will provide a sturdy three point support for the engine component access doors should the
remaining aluminum hinge burn through.
Prepared the aircraft for safe maintenance and pertained all of the MODIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS
fisted in the ASC 175 on the above listed aircraft
All installed parts were purchased in Kit Form from GAC Product Support Savninah. Ga. 31402.
