The run that almost didn't happen. Oh so cold... damn you #nychalf training. Hoping race day I feel less cold, less sluggish. On a lighter note, I did try out new gel pack for race day. Figured the clif shot bloks don't do well in winter. Too much chewing... so I'm going with #Hüma gel packs.😋

This run almost didn't happen... outside was not looking like a good weather day. Fatigued "creeped" up around mile 8.5, probably because it has been years since I've ran this long. 😫 but mission accomplished, next week 10 miler shouldn't feel so hard. #igotthis #nychalf
