I love the idea of taking on new names based on your interests, achievements, big life moments etc. We should normalise the idea of having multiple names.
Like you can be the name your parents gifted you but you can also have other legal names too. And you just use them for different occasions.

The reason I am so frustrated by this terrible argument from Ezra Klein is that it feels like it comes from not just him but the New York Times, many Democrats, most mainstream media voices who have helped normalise and legitimise MAGA authoritarianism and violence in the name of “civility”.
"I had friends say to me, look, we can oppose political violence without whitewashing this guy. I spent some time thinking about that over the weekend...and my reaction honestly is that it is too little to just say we oppose political violence."

I think we need to come up with a name for that awful AI slop font that is repetitively generated without fail. And then normalise shaming people for using AI to make flyers and posters. It's seeping into everything and I'm sick of seeing it. These alone are from my local town page 🤢
