Thanks for highlighting these, Ryan. We'll have them placed on the content scraper list.
The Hubblenews account started off as an impersonation of the NASASolarsystem account and recently rebranded.

And there are more in this apparent scraper network:

POV: You're flying by the Moon. @NASASolarSystem

This visualization is designed to show you what exactly the Artemis II astronauts will see outside their window during their lunar flyby.

Here, the seven-hour visualization is compressed into 28 seconds.

The nasahubblenews account started out as NASASolarsystem, mirroring the official tweets.
Easy to mistake them for real or sky-follower-brigde followed you to it.

Yesterday the account rebranded as a "*Third-Party Managed Mirror Account." but also interacted with AI fakery.

holy guacamole 🤯 the latest pics of Io from NASA’s Juno mission (from @/nasasolarsystem on Twitter)

*takes off any dragonfly related hat* NASA missions are no longer allowed to have individual social media accounts on any platform. NASASolarSystem is the official account for all planetary missions going forward.

Exactly, that's my fear as well.

I just got it on good authority from someone at NASA that the NASASolarsystem account is NOT real and has been reported.
@uahirise.bsky.social please consider removing your shoutout to this account.

I only discovered this feature a few hours ago - it's really helpful.
If you check the hubble account, they've started off as NASASolarsystem and I remember seeing them straight up impersonating that account from twitter.

Hm, the @nasahubbles.bsky.social account is still around...

Also, I just noticed the NASASolarsystem account has now been renamed to @nasahubblenews.bsky.social, so many people are still following that previous impersonation page.

Major congrats to everyone on the team who worked hard to get the OSIRIS-REx sample down to Earth safely! This is a historical moment, I can’t wait to get our eyes and instruments in those rocks!

I recently made a short movie with images & movies from NASA's SDO.
It can be seen here on my new channel "Astronomy Movies".

NASA's Dragonfly mission:
After years of design, fabrication, assembly, and testing, NASA’s Dragonfly is starting to look less like a collection of spacecraft parts and more like the rotorcraft that will fly across the surface of Saturn’s hazy moon Titan.. 7/9/2026

Did you know that Io, one of Jupiter's largest moons, is the most volcanically active world in the solar system?

Learn more about Io—and take a 3D tour of its surface—on our @NASASolarSystem site: https://go.nasa.gov/47wtKOo
