We are doing a trial of NAT2-guided dosing with 3HP (clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT054...). An earlier trial of PGx-guided INH dosing for active TB treatment reduced toxicities and improved early treatment response: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23150149/

More evidence that NAT2 slow acetylators (~40% of population) are at serious risk of liver injury with standard INH dosing. We have known about this NAT2 association with INH metabolism and toxicities for 60 years, yet NAT2-based dosing remains an uncommon practice.

The good news is that advantage and disadvantage are just linearly skewed (nat1 is 1/400, nat2 is 3/400, nat3 is 5/400, nat4 is 7/400, etc, and disadvantage is the opposite skew) so your line of best fit just needs to accommodate how many more times advantage was rolled than disadvantage.
