Glad to present our new paper on RNA viruses in acidic hot springs. @NatureMicrobiol Together with S. Urayama, A. Fukudome, E. Koonin, T. Nunoura et al, we were hoping to find archaeal RNA viruses, instead we discovered a bunch of highly unusual bacterial viruses: www.nature.com/articles/s41...
