New #NeimanHPI @jacrjournal.bsky.social study shows kids treated at non‑children’s hospitals face much higher exposure to ionizing radiation. Non-children’s hospitals used CT at twice the rate & used radiography at ~1.5× the rate. Children’s hospitals used MRI & US more often.
