Last night she got onto the couch all by herself! This morning we walked to the mailbox while navigating the 3 steps off the porch both up and down and she had her first post-surgery poop! Yay!
The big bandage also came off. That was nerveracking but it ended up being ok.

Much to my better judgement - I took a ferry across the Hooghly River ⛴️ This 15 minute, 10p experience was nerveracking, but interesting, and also very busy - but we met some lovely lads onboard who were great to chat to! 🇮🇳 #Kolkata #India #NonstopEurotrip

They don't prepare you as a parent for the first time your child needs to be put under general anesthesia. You know everything is going to be fine but it's still nerveracking. It's also hilarious when they're waking up.
