All too often race is pitted as a biological difference for racial disparities. However, it is the effects of racism that drive these disparities and more research is needed to highlight this.

Our largest event, Black In Neuro Week took over social media with introductions from 150+ Black neuroscientists, journeys to and from neuroscience, registrants from 35 countries for our panels, and in-person meetups in 8 cities in the US, Canada, and Nigeria! 🌍
