Autism is neurodevelopmental. A form of neurodivergence. It is not a mental health condition, or behavioural condition, or a learning disability.

I understand that right now, it may not feel like we have much to celebrate.
So to all my neurodivergent friends out there, can I say:
You are a perfectly unique human being. You deserve to be loved, celebrated and respected.
We'll keep fighting till it happens.

I’m an Autistic classically trained chef, and I wrote a food aversion acceptance cookbook and guide, that’s all about honoring sensory sensitivities and finding out what works for individual needs. No tricks, just treats. Food doesn’t need to be a fight!
