Buenos días con esta Mantispa styriaca. Creo que este curioso insecto del orden Neuroptera es más común de lo que parece, pero su pequeño tamaño la hace pasar un tanto desapercibida.

Hi, sorry, Neuroptera palaeontologist here - I am not sure its a Hemerobiid or a Neuroptera for that matter. It has a typical polyneopteran venation, with no crossverins/ no costal margin cells common for all Neuroptera. I think that will be a Dictioptera of some kind. Is it Jehol Biota fossil?
