De mi colección particular, dibujo de artista nganasan comprado en el pueblo de Volochanka, el autor esa misma noche se emborrachó y fue encontrado muerto congelado en el exterior al día siguiente, por lo que probablemente es su último dibujo.

But which in Siberia are we thinking? Japanese & some Japonic, some Tungusic, Pre-Turkic, any other?

JRR Tolkien's Silmarillion has the Awakening of the Elves roughly where Kazakhstan, Eastern Steppes into Siberia would be

This is straight up the peopling of prehistoric Scandinavia by Siberian ancestors of Sami / Fins, JRR Tolkien turns that into Precursor Elves.

👩‍⚕️ Female shamans, though rare, played a crucial role in Nganasan society. They connected with spirits, healed the sick, and passed on their gifts to future generations. One of the most famous was Shamaness Nejming.
