Today's tea: Prickly Pear Oolong. "Oolong, hibiscus, rosehips, tulsi, green tea, papaya, ginger, cinnamon, calendula, marigold, cornflower, chamomile, sunflower, & plum petals, vanilla bean, and natural flavors."
Tastes like a pleasant, herbal, nonsweet bubblegum flavor. I added sugar.

fun fact: every restaurant I’ve worked in, there is still a tiny bit of sugar in the nonsweet tea. It’s not sweet but you would notice if there was none

I'm a firm believer that a spoonful of chicken glacé can be added to most nonsweet dishes and improve their general savor. But this...no, the rational mind can't encompass it.

first one has to decide if you want it sweet or nonsweet (i was about to give my views away by saying regular or sweet). Then baked in the oven or in a cast iron skillet - either baked or fried in the skillet. After those important decisions it gets easier.

Are you doing it as “No sugar period” or “nothing sugary”? I did the latter for a month relatively easily, but the former is impossible. So many nonsweet things are full of sugar ;v; Ketchup, bread, even fruit!

I dropped coffee for medical reasons a while back. The key for me was finding the bits of the experience I enjoyed. I found I needed warm, comforting experiences, pleasant aromas and nonsweet taste, a handy thing to agree with people on, an easy thing other people could do to make me feel cared for

Since Switzerland is not exactly known for its fragrant lime fields, I must assume that the sweet version is the original (swiss=nestlé sweetened milk), much as it pains me as both someone from the nonsweet lands and one who doesn't like sweet drinks.
