went on a rant to a friend about this but its kinda insane that we have so many narratives about abandoning duty for love and the idea is still treated as subversive. the idea that duty and collective obligation can come before personal desires, is basically incomprehensible to us

I wish there were more places for nonhumans to gather. I want there to be a garden or a forbidden land where we all can exist in peace together. Sharing the same love and divine energy. Away from society and its crushing disdain of anything that questions that fabric of reality.

sometimes feel like the nonhuman community as a whole got to the point where people felt like spirituality was being pushed too hard as the Only Reason (a reasonable reaction) but now it feels there's not as many nonhumans with spiritual affluence or even initiation towards exploring that part
