The Japanese dish was Motsunikomi - and a Japanese artist I was working with said ‘this is my favourite’. but he couldn’t remember the English word for the meat. I gamely said ‘I eat everything’ and then had to pull it out of my mouth in front of everyone as I realised it was tripe. 😊 #NotMyThing
