this is confirmation that OBR included Rosebank in its budget forecasts…
OBR on North Sea: "[P]roduction has been declining since the start of the 2000s & [this] is expected to continue at ~10% a yr over 2027-2031 [inc both Jackdaw & Rosebank]."

But there is no immigration forecasting, planning or analysis in the UK, despite appearances. The ONS simply give longterm forecasts by averaging the past. The OBR just revert to trend

Tried painting my first OBR. The result could’ve been better; I was mostly going off of the official scheme as some inspiration and found it kind of hard to pull off for this particular model (Mortisan Soulreaper). Good practice!
