Portland City Council has a work session tomorrow to look at the Portland Clean Energy Fund. Some things promoted by members of Council are sending back to voters, cutting the funding, capping the fund, taking money from fund.

ODOT's new scenarios were revealed less than a week ago and haven't been ranked against the agency's stated goals and preferred outcomes. They boost "non-highway" spending by not nearly as much as scenario backed by groups like @oeconline and @bikeloudpdx.
