Requiring a medical note to wear a mask is a violation of the ADA. Apparently the Kennedy Center OGC missed their anti-discrimination law training.
“Masks should not be worn in public spaces in the Center. This is especially important for our public-facing and front-of-house employees”

I was off social media for a few yrs, but decided that it's time to come back after last night. I'm an asst. prof. at Uni of Houston Law Center and before that was an attorney at DoD OGC, where my portfolio included domestic military deployments. This continues to be a core part of my research.

Yup. I always told my staff at HHS OGC that their jobs helped people live longer, better lives. Gutting the administrative state puts lives in danger.

This is glorious. They fired a VA OGC attorney who had extensive prior experience in VA HR and specialized in federal labor relations law.
