As someone who uses a lot of spreadsheets , power BI reports, and data visualization software in my day job.. I can confidently say that the ephemeral, liminal things that can’t be reduced to a metric , KPI or OKR are in fact the most important in your org and ALSO in life.
I for one am tired of the “all of human existence should be quantified into spreadsheets, and things that cannot be quantified should be viewed as irrelevant and useless” faction running everything
I think a problem with EA, even with what it said it purported to be at the beginning, is the process of turning all human endeavors into a spreadsheet.
Once that happens, no local charity or small arts organization stands a chance at justifying their existence, no individual human matters.

The purpose of the administration was TO eliminate trust in these agencies. Its not only understandable, its the OKR.
