VELOCITY | OldGoat InTheHood www.theyknewfirst.com OldGoat InTheHood THE BIRTHDAY FUND Who Paid For The Party Congress spent ten years building America250, a bipartisan commission created in 2016 to plan the nation’s 250th birthday. Nine months ago, the White House built its own version, gave it no congressional oversight, routed federal money Congress had intended for America250 into this new structure, and opened the door to corporate sponsors — including several companies the President personally holds stock in and many with billions in federal business pending before his administration. Freedom 250, the nonprofit at the center of this, was quietly incorporated in October 2025 as a subsidiary of the National Park Foundation. Because it sits inside a 501(c)(3), it avoids competitive bidding, standard accounting rules, and donor transparency. NPF leadership has already told Congress that anonymous donors will stay anonymous. Democrats call it a financial black box. The operation appears to run on a single executive, Keith Krach — a Trump donor — while Interior Secretary Doug Burgum has said it’s effectively run out of the White House. The money pipeline traces back to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, signed July 4, 2025, which eliminated direct congressional funding for America250 and instead routed $150M through the Interior Department for “events, celebrations, and activities.” That restructuring is what allowed $126M in federal grants and contracts to flow toward Freedom 250 and Trump‑ally‑controlled entities, including a $68.3M grant line that ballooned from $5M to over $68M in three months. One awarded contract went to Event Strategies Inc., the firm involved in organizing the rally preceding January 6. Personnel ties run straight from Trump’s campaign apparatus into the nonprofit now controlling the money: Chris LaCivita sits on the NPF board; Meredith O’Rourke has been implicated in soliciting Freedom 250 donations. The President personally holds …

The Newer Testament According to Fox The Book of Revelations As Revealed by Trump Chapter 1 1. The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: But lo, the angel was delayed at the border, so the baton was passed to the host of the seven-headed cable network. 2. And I heard a great voice from the studio, saying, "I am the Alpha and the Omega—but more importantly, I am the Ratings. I am he who liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, and have the keys of hell and of prime-time." 3. And the host said unto the multitudes: "Fear not, brethren, for the storm is upon us. But take heart, for the network hath sent a savior, and he is orange of complexion and gold of tooth." 4. And his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace—and also, Executive Producer. Chapter 2 1. And I saw a great beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns were ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast spoke with a voice of thunder: "This is the greatest book ever written—many people are saying it." 2. And the beast opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was said unto him, "Sir, you are being fact-checked." 3. And the beast replied, "Wrong. I am the only truth. The Fake News Media is the father of lies. I alone am your source." 4. And the kings of the earth gathered together, and the princes of the airwaves, to give their power and strength unto the beast. These were CNN, MSNBC, and the host of the New York Times. But they were cast down into the pit of irrelevance, and their ratings plummeted like a stone Chapter 3 1. And I looked, and behold, a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went…

VELOCITY | theyknewfirst.com | OldGoat InTheHood THE SPECIAL ENVOYS — DAY 131 — JULY 8, 2026 The Peace Dividend Tonight the cease-fire Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff helped broker is collapsing, live, in real time. Both men made public promises before taking this work: Kushner said he wouldn't raise money for four years, Witkoff said he was divesting. Both promises were broken, incompletely kept, or abandoned — while both men kept negotiating with, and profiting from, the same governments on the other side of the table. $6.16B — Affinity Partners AUM, 99% foreign-funded $1.2B — Raised by Affinity in the past year alone $623M — Qatar's purchase of Witkoff's Park Lane Hotel, 2023 3 - Congressional investigations now open into Kushner alone The Fund They Pitched: This site www.theyknewfirst.com has already documented the $300 billion Iran reconstruction fund: (“The Fund That Isn't A Fund,” Day 109) — a vehicle with no named general partner, built into the framework of the now-collapsing cease-fire. What's newly confirmed: the fund wasn't just structured by Witko and Kushner, it was pitched by them — proposed to Iranian and mediator counterparts as a combination of real estate development and an investment vehicle for Tehran, according to the New York Times. Given tonight's developmentsJuly 8, — President Trump declaring the cease-fire “over” after renewed strikes on Iran — the fund's status is now genuinely uncertain. Whether any legal entity has actually been formed to administer it, and whether it survives the collapse of the underlying deal, are open questions worth tracking regardless of how the war proceeds. Kushner: The Broken Pledge In December 2024, weeks after the election, Kushner told podcast host Patrick O'Shaughnessy on Invest Like the Best: "We pre-emptively tried to avoid any conflicts, so we don't have to raise capital for the next four years." — Jared Kushner, December 2024 He has since done the opposite. VELOCITY · BLOOD MONEY · OPINION Heaven and Earth, Sold Quietly By OldGoat InTheHood A year ago, Louisiana wasn't even in the running. Today it hosts the largest development in the state's history — a data center that will use seven times as much electricity as New Orleans, cover roughly six square miles, and cost $50 billion. It got built the way Governor Jeff Landry says these things get built now: quietly, fast, and with the public finding out only after the terms were already set. A New York Times investigation— more than 40 interviews, corporate filings, tax records, property records, meeting transcripts lays out exactly how. This desk isn't second-sourcing its way to the same story. The reporting is the story. What follows is what it means. The bill that got hijacked: In April 2024, Louisiana's revenue secretary got an urgent message from the governor's office: get a pending bill passed, because it was needed for something else. The bill had started as a tax rebate for fiber-optic equipment. By the time it passed the House less than two months later, it had been rewritten into a tax rebate for data-center equipment, before Meta had been named publicly as the reason. The governor's own economic development secretary told staff directly: "Leaks kill deals. If this leaks and we lose this deal, if I find out it was you, you're fired." Over 50 government officials have signed NDAs with Landry's economic development office since he took office in January 2024, a practice the prior administration didn't use at this scale. The senator who voted, then sold State Senator Jay Morris co-wrote a bill that helped land the deal, voted for the tax rebate, spoke in support of Entergy's power expansion to state regulators, and signed an NDA with Entergy. Then, last September, he sold 300 acres he co-owned near the data center site— to Entergy. Land near the site has gone from $3,000–5,000 an acre to over $50,000. Morris disclosed the sale but not the price, and says there'…

VELOCITY THE SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORT By: OldGoat InTheHood Capital One says it closed more than 380 accounts belonging to Donald Trump and the Trump Organization for one reason only: anti-money laundering compliance. Not politics or for January 6th. “Transaction patterns” triggered the review, the bank told a federal court Friday night, and that was the whole of it. Trump has spent five years calling this debanking, and proof, he says, that the financial system turned on him for his politics. Capital One's own filing tells a different story: something in the movement of his money looked, to compliance officers whose entire job is spotting exactly this, like laundering. Surprise surprise… This Old Goat has heard that tune before. In 2018, national security reporter Natasha Bertrand noticed something about who Trump was attacking inside his own Justice Department. Not generic political enemies, but specialists, Bruce Ohr, Lisa Page, Andrew Weissmann and Andrew McCabe. Every one of them built a career on money laundering and organized crime, with a specific eye toward where that crime touched Russia. In 2017, Trump drew a line with the New York Times: investigators could look at Russia, but never at his family's finances. That always was a red flag for this Old Goat. That line held even though one son had already told a conference how heavily the family's asset base skewed Russian, and another had boasted the family didn't need American banks at all because Russian funding covered everything. The Trump Taj Mahal, per Treasury's own Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, was cited repeatedly in the 1990s and 2000s for inadequate money-laundering controls. Three institutions, three separate decades, one description: transactions that don't hold up to scrutiny. THE BANKS THAT LOOKED AWAY Money laundering scrutiny isn't reserved for Trump. Senator Ron Wyden's Finance Committee report, released this week after a multi-year investigation, traced what JPMorgan Chas…

Making China Great Again Or: How America Fought a War and Beijing Won the Peace VELOCITY · OldGoat InTheHood theyknewfirst.com OldGoat InTheHood · VELOCITY · Day 70 · May 10, 2026 · Image by: Richard Taters In November 2025, the Old Goat wrote that while Americans argued over gas stoves and debated whether Taylor Swift was a Pentagon psy-op, the rest of the world was quietly building a new financial architecture — and Trump was helping China lay it with gold-plated spikes and silver rails. That was satire. Here are the receipts. On May 14, 2026, the President of the United States will fly to Beijing. He will be accompanied by his son Eric — the man who manages the family's blockchain portfolio, co-founded a Bitcoin mining company dependent on Chinese equipment, and serves as chief strategy officer of American Bitcoin, which posted an $82 million net loss in the first quarter of 2026. Yes… that Eric Trump— will be attending in a 'personal capacity as a supportive son.' He will not be participating in private meetings. The same president who spent years prosecuting Joe Biden for allowing Hunter to accompany him to China as Vice President. The accusation: using a father's influence to secure Chinese financial backing for personal investments. In 2019, Trump publicly invited China to open an investigation into the Bidens for exactly this. The receipts are now in the same family. The architecture is in the same plane. — COLUMN ONE — The Inventory Here is what the United States spent between February 28 and May 10, 2026, Day 70 of Operation Epic Fury: $25 billion: in direct war expenditure. 185 Americans killed. Three carrier battle groups committed to the Gulf simultaneously. 82nd Airborne deployed. Munitions stockpiles drawn down. Pentagon estimates 18–24 months to reconstitute assets required for credible Pacific deterrence. 54 documented naval strikes. Zero congressional authorization. 551 Iranian ballistic missiles intercepted. Every interceptor used is a…

BLOOD MONEY — PART UNDERTERMINED: THE WAR, THE POST, AND THE PROPHET WHO CALLED IT A CENTURY AGO By OldGoat InTheHood April 1, 2026 https://fb.me/g/5Ca0u2xAc/3zO84YmT Join our Group It began, as these things now always do, with a post. Somewhere between a grievance and a victory lap that hadn’t actually occurred, Donald Trump informed the world that the United States would be stepping back from the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, casually suggesting that Europe could take it from here. This was a remarkable pivot for a country that had just finished declaring—loudly and repeatedly—that control of this chokepoint was a non-negotiable global priority, but in the new doctrine, priorities have a way of dissolving on contact with inconvenience. Victory becomes a tone rather than an outcome, and policy starts to look suspiciously like improvisation. The markets, which are far less sentimental about these things, responded with immediate clarity. Stocks surged, oil dropped, and the collective reaction of Wall Street could be translated into plain English as relief but not because the United States had prevailed, but because it had stopped escalating a situation it didn’t understand. In most eras, that would be read as a warning sign. In this one, it was packaged as a win. To understand how that packaging works, I was reminded by someone’s post this morning it helps to go back about a century to Max Weber, who described a form of power he called charismatic authority. This wasn’t about charm or likability so much as a belief, specifically, a system in which legitimacy flows not from institutions, rules, or results, but from the conviction among followers ( in this instance— MAGA), that the leader possesses a kind of inherent rightness. In that framework, the leader doesn’t need to align with reality; reality is expected to align with the leader. Declarations substitute for explanations, and consistency becomes optional so long as confidence remains intact. Hopefully t…

# BLOOD MONEY — PART FIVE: THE BOND MARKET ALWAYS WINS By OldGoat InTheHood March 27, 2026 — Day 28 of Operation Epic Fury Five parts in five days. Each one confirmed by events within 24 hours of publication. I want to be honest with you about what that means: either this framework is correct, or we are living through a period where the patterns are so naked that even a street-corner preacher can read them. Today I want to talk about three things that look separate but are the same thing: Asian currencies collapsing, a Harvard economist asking whether America can still be trusted, and the afternoon a president of the United States reversed the most consequential trade policy in a generation because the bond market told him to. They are all the same story and that story is about who actually runs this country. THE WORLD AMERICA MADE — NOW BREAKING UNDER AMERICAN WEIGHT From India to the Philippines to South Korea to Thailand — currencies are crumbling. Not because those economies are weak and not because their governments made bad decisions, but because the oil they need to run their factories, heat their greenhouses, and fuel their trucks is priced in American dollars, and the American dollar is surging while their ability to afford it is collapsing simultaneously. One Indian buyer who paid 6,087 rupees for a barrel of oil a year ago now pays 14,748 rupees for the same barrel. Not because oil got twice as expensive in dollar terms but because the rupee lost value at the same moment oil prices spiked, a double compression that Harvard economist Kenneth Rogoff called “doubly painful.” Expect another law suit coming your way Harvard.” South Korea’s won just matched its lowest-ever exchange rate against the dollar a level not seen since the global financial crisis of 2008. South Korea gets 70 percent of its crude oil through the Strait of Hormuz. The Philippines imports 90 percent of its oil from the Middle East. theyknewfirst.com | OldGoat InTheHood | VELOCITY Series June 25, 2026 · Day 116 FOUR OFFICIALS, ONE NUMBER, NO AGREEMENT Iran Says the $12 Billion Is Already Moving. The U.S. Says It Isn't. Both Sides Are Talking About the Same Memorandum, Signed Five Days Apart in Public, by the Same Two Governments Iran's own technical negotiator said the release of $12 billion in frozen funds would move ‘immediately into the implementation phase.’ Hours later, the U.S. vice president described a proposal that hadn't been agreed to at all. I. The Number Twelve billion dollars is the figure Iran's chief negotiator, parliamentary speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, gave Iranian state media on June 22: two separate $6 billion tranches of frozen Iranian funds, to be released under Article 11 of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding. Ghalibaf said preliminary arrangements had been made during a trip to Qatar, with final signing completed during the delegation's visit to Switzerland. He was specific about what the money represented. Article 11 of the MOU — the frozen-assets provision — and Article 10 — the oil, petrochemical, and banking-sanctions waiver — were, in his telling, immediate winning points for Iran. Oil sanctions had been lifted until a final agreement is reached. The $12 billion was moving. One day later, Iran's deputy foreign minister and head of its technical negotiating team, Kazem Gharibabadi, told Iran's state news agency IRNA that the Switzerland talks had ended with understandings on four working groups and de-escalation processes for Hormuz and Lebanon — and that the $12 billion release would move “immediately into the implementation phase.” No preconditions were mentioned in his account. II. The Same Day, A Different Account Vice President JD Vance, at a news conference after the same round of talks, described something else: a U.S. proposal under which any unfreezing of Iranian assets would require both the United States and Qatar to approve how the…

VELOCITY · DOMINO DOCTRINE · OPINION The Lobbying Firm Got There First By OldGoat InTheHood Six months after U.S. forces removed Nicolás Maduro in a January 3 raid, and five weeks after twin earthquakes killed more than five thousand Venezuelans, the first American institution to formally plant a flag in Caracas wasn't a relief agency. It was a lobbying firm. Ballard Partners announced Wednesday it's opening a Caracas office, led by partner Scott Wagner. The firm's own framing, in Wagner's words: Venezuela "stands at the threshold of one of the most significant economic openings in the hemisphere in a generation." Trump has separately urged American oil companies to invest $100 billion rebuilding the country's energy sector. Ballard didn't wait to see whether that happens. It positioned itself to be the access point when it does. Who's already in the door: Wagner's existing client list explains the timing. One client is Vale Maritimo, a Venezuelan shipping company. Another is Maha Capital— renamed KEO Capital this past June which hired Ballard in January specifically to lobby on "approvals for Venezuelan oil field acquisitions and operations," according to federal lobbying disclosures. On the same day Ballard announced the Caracas office, KEO Capital announced it had increased its indirect equity stake in Venezuelan oil company PetroUrdaneta from 24 percent to 40 percent. A firm that hired Ballard in January to lobby on Venezuelan oil field approvals just grew its position in a Venezuelan oil company from a blocking-minority stake to a controlling one, the same week Ballard formalized its Caracas presence. This desk is stating the sequence, not asserting that one caused the other— but the sequence is the story regardless an in the opinion of the Old Goat— I just don’t believe in these kind of coincidences. The memo dates, the officials named, the special counsel's scope, and Mueller's death are documented below and labeled as such. Whether the codename's misspelling was deliberate is a named former DOJ official's own allegation, not this Goats finding and flagged as such throughout. THE CASE FILE: On August 5, 2026, the White House Government Transparency Task Force released declassified FBI memos revealing a counterintelligence investigation, codenamed Oxferd Comma, opened May 16, 2017 — one week after Trump fired FBI Director James Comey. The opening memo, approved by then-FBI General Counsel James Baker and then-Assistant Director for Counterintelligence William Priestap, stated the FBI had "an articulable factual basis" to examine whether Trump "may be or has been, wittingly or unwittingly" acting on behalf of the Russian government, and whether the Comey firing itself was evidence of it. The declassified record places a specific sequence on paper: Oxferd Comma opened May 16; Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe personally briefed Rosenstein that same day; Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller special counsel the next morning, May 17. Mueller's appointment order authorized him to investigate "any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump" a criminal-investigation mandate under DOJ's Part 600 special-counsel regulations, which were written for criminal matters and don't squarely contemplate delegating a counterintelligence probe. Responsibility for Oxferd Comma was formally transferred to FBI personnel assisting Mueller after his appointment, but under a mandate scoped to the special counsel's criminal jurisdiction, independent legal analysis published in the years since ha…
