Ty Emberson will likely stick in the lineup as the third pairing, right defenceman. And it’s easy to see why. While he played just 11:19, the Oilers had 11 shot attempts to the Kraken’s one while he was on the ice. #hockey #nhl #oilers #edmontonoilers #oilersnation

Indeed. I've had my Winter Flu shot (NHS), and now just need to get the COVID one (not available on the NHS, so will have to pay and get that done privately).
I think the UK could do better for prevention rather than coping with patients who could have avoided catching it in the first place. 3:O(>

The poor schmucks who took this test have heard of the guy. Most of them would struggle to name ten presidents if they didn't have a list in front of them. I'd be astonished if even one of them could name a JFK achievement other than (1) getting shot and (2l damn near blowing up the planet.

Meedle gets the longsword though attack go brrr.
Actually even typing that out it again kind of depends on where you're at in the game; could the extra attack get someone else to a special breakpoint to one-shot (or help two-shot) enemies? Or is the scaling better from stacking it deep?

Some BGS I made for Spooky Month: The Wacky Wicked Woods 🍄
This whole shot was my idea so made them myself.
3 backgrounds for one shot + vtuber + moving mushrooms. I also helped with Aspen's streamer design!

175) William Brent Bell's Stay Alive (2006)
I can't promise this is an amazing hidden gem of a horror film, and one where it has aged a bit, but ngl I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this one.
Also damn this movie from 20 years ago kinda knows ball when it comes to video games at the time.

We met them when we were in LA in July and visited the cafe and got absolutely one shot by how precious they are.
Had to wait a bit for Haro to finish his FIP treatment, but that's behind us now.
When we walked back in with the carriers, both of them walked up to us IMMEDIATELY and I almost cried

I found the scrabble tiles pretty hard going, making so many words out of so few tiles was tricky! Turns out there is a rule for getting new tiles by taking risks - but it's in the campaign chapter, not the one-shot chapter, so I'd not seen it - if I were to play again I'd definitely bring that in.
Live now, for a thrilling handcam game of Asher's Ridge - SEE the playing cards, BEHOLD the scrabble tiles, PARASOCIALLY ENGAGE with my hands!

I think the only weapon you should have to fire with is the gorgeous RSh-12, a Russian assault revolver that deals MASSIVE damage with one shot on account of using 12.7x55mm RIFLE ammo and a slightly heavy 5-pound weight.
It's a pretty deadly weapon, for an equally pretty lady🤭

I always think of that one Thief fan campaign where there’s (IIRC) a bank heist and some of the guards have single-shot guns. Always thought that was the coolest shit. Scared the FUCK out of me when one snuck up on me.
The only reason firearms would look out of place in the type of fantasy I see is because the author, much like OP, doesn't know about their history and can't imagine making fantasy weapons out of them.

Inktober 2026 - Day 4 (Cactus) + Day 5 (Smack)
I couldn't finish yesterday's drawing in time! But I won't let that set me back.
Cactus = Some doodles, directly in ink
Smack = I opted for a more peaceful interpretation.

wym fail to crash, you don't get another shot at that one man

Families Were Torn Apart
In this Kent State Truth Archive Testimonial, Ann Wettrich shares: “the next thing I remember is getting the phone ringing and getting a call from my Aunt Ginny, who was concerned about my safety and relieved to hear that I was all right. But then also expressing her feelings, saying, well, the National Guard should have shot all the students who were protesting, not imagining that I would be one of them. And then I told her, well, then they should have shot me would that have made you happy, and just kind of slamming down the phone at that point. But just characterizing the huge shift in culture that was taking place across families and generations. It's very difficult.” Please WATCH Ann Wettrich share her FULL Kent State Truth Archive Testimonial https://bit.ly/4yx853l

In one of the scenes marines mention "a fruity barista". It was shot in 2008 and set in 2003. When you read someone still invoking "baristas" in a culture war argument today, know that this is how stale it is. Something from a no longer existing world.
