The onechipbook has arrived. In the package was the computer, a USB blaster + cables, a power cable, and a double sided one page document on updating firmware. It does not play #msx games out the box.

I received my MSXBook/OneChipBook today. Amazing little machine!
It has a great display, regular cartridge slot, backlit mechanical keyboard, internal battery good for 3-4 hours... All for 200 euro. Great job!

MSXBookは権利関係で問題になって、西御大がBIOSライセンスするから連絡して来いって販売側へ働きかけたけど販売側が蹴ってOneChipBookとして仕切り直した、って流れで合ってる？結局好き勝手にやれるに越したことはないってことなんだろうなぁ。BIOS入り5千円位アップでも売れたんじゃないかな。

I ordered one yesterday, and I too am really hoping it comes with the MSX core installed, but I would be very surprised if it did. Wish i'd ordered from the first 'MSXBook' batch that seemed to have it preloaded, but hopefully OneChipBook will at least come with the USB blaster.

Sorta! I have a OneChipBook - its an FPGA clone MSX in the form of a laptop! It takes cartridges and is fully compatible with basically all msx software thru the 2+... i think. Its super cool! But took a while to set up.
