Sorry I haven't been posting much lately. I caught COVID at the end of my trip and I'm at home recovering and quarantining. I'm really sad I can't be at #onicon this weekend. It's one of my favorite places to vend!

It's been a while! I'm hoping to see everyone again after my 5-month con hiatus! Thank you to everyone who has supported and helped with everything while I was gone.
I'll be in the 18+ section of Oni-Con all three days! Hope to see yall!

#OniCon just isn't what it used to be; I hope young people enjoy it, especially newer #anime fans that don't know the con's legacy and history because they don't know what they're missing. For us old-timers Oni these days brings us more nostalgia and sadness, remembering the glory days.

SPACON - CANCELLED
I had to make a decision to cancel SpaCon at the last minute. Unfortunately, we won't be able to make the trip up there this year, but we are hoping to make it for next year's event! I hope everyone has an amazing time!
Next con is now OniCon in Galveston!

The problem with this argument is that you’ve never needed an excuse to get dressed up and take photos of cosplay with your friends. There are also plenty of other conventions and events around Houston (and in Texas generally).
I’d look into Onicon and San Japan instead.

…are just 3 of the biggest. There’s Anime Tyler, WeebCon, Animeverse Fest, OniCon…
Texas has some of the most cons in the country. And with cities like New Orleans and Little Rock, Tulsa, OKC, and even Biloxi all within pretty decent driving proximity to Houston there are a LOT of other options…
