PH folks, if your ISP is blocking Discord and Reddit because of our government's dumbassery, change your DNS to a public DNS (Google's or OpenDNS will work)

DNS IP resolvers should be neutral.
There's nothing to stop a service provider from adding "features" to their DNS resolver, but expecting DNS providers to be the Internet police is a slippery slope torrentfreak.com/opendns-qui...

I can see your website - I'm using OpenDNS as my upstream DNS. If ISPs are subscribed to that blocklist, you can usually change the DNS provider in your router settings away from the ISP to OpenDNS, Cloudflare, Google etc

almost worked for David over a decade ago. his company opendns had some pretty good tech & ethos for the time. I walked away after interviewing there that he ran a pretty good shop

shame to see what either he became, or what he always was. tragic
they got rid of DEI and the right wing tech elites immediately started hiring based on experience

oh no wait lol

Acho que passou batido pra galera BR, mas o OpenDNS (que é da Cisco) foi embora da França e de Portugal por causa de ordens judiciais para bloquear domínios. Parece que Portugal voltou atrás, mas não a França.

So opendns is now blocking porn sites, apparently? Don't sound very "open" to me. Anybody got alternatives?

One of the reasons being "sexuality" is VERY worrying ngl. #opendns #privacy #censorship #pornography

El DNS de Cloudflare se ha ido a paseo un ratito. Amigos que abandonasteis el de vuestro proveedor, cambiad al de Google, Quad9, OpenDNS o cualquier otro.
