Mumbai, June 23 (SocialNews.XYZ) The launch of "Operation Tiger" marks one of the most consequential shifts in Maharashtra's political landscape since the 2022 rebellion led by Eknath Shinde that split the Shiv Sena. By orchestrating the defection of six of the nine Lok Sabha MPs from the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) camp, Shinde claimed to have scored a political "sixer", significantly strengthening his position within the state's power structure. However, the defection of six MPs has dealt a significant blow to the Shiv Sena (UBT), which is already struggling to keep its ranks united.

New Delhi, June 18 (SocialNews.XYZ) In a major political upheaval rocking Maharashtra politics, the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT) has suffered a crippling blow as six of its nine Lok Sabha Members rebelled to bypass a crucial party whip on Thursday. The high-stakes defection marks the definitive success of the Eknath Shinde faction's meticulously executed plan, code-named "Operation Tiger". The internal fracture came to light during a parliamentary party meeting convened by Shiv Sena(UBT) at its office in Parliament House at 11:00 a.m. Despite a strict whip issued a day prior compelling mandatory attendance, only three Lok Sabha members and one Rajya Sabha member showed up.

Mumbai, June 16 (SocialNews.XYZ) Amid the buzz and speculation over ‘Operation Tiger’ intensifying in Maharashtra, suggesting more MPs and MLAs are ready to abandon the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena camp, a startling claim from SS (Shinde camp) MLC Krupal Tumane has sent political temperatures soaring within the Opposition ranks. Krupal Tumane, speaking to IANS, said, "Out of nine MPs of SS(UBT), seven are willing to work under the leadership of Eknath Shinde. They want to work according to his policies and ensure development of their constituencies.” “At least seven UBT MPs and 16 MLAs are in contact with us,” he said, emphasising the scale of “discontent and disgruntlement” within the Uddhav camp.

Pune/Mumbai, June 15 (SocialNews.XYZ) Shiv Sena-UBT leader and former minister Aaditya Thackeray on Monday firmly dismissed speculation about a fresh split in the party, asserting that all its Members of Parliament (MPs) remain loyal and urging people not to believe the rumours. “People can be blind followers (Andhbhakt), but we have blind faith (Andhvishwas) in our colleagues,” Aaditya Thackeray said. Amid intensifying speculation of a fresh political split in Maharashtra under the so-called "Operation Tiger", Aaditya Thackeray's remarks came in response to reports claiming that five MPs from the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena faction are in contact with Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena.

Mumbai, Feb 13 (SocialNews.XYZ) Amid claims by Eknath Shinde camp that several lawmakers and legislators of Shiv Sena (UBT) are in touch with them, Rajan Salvi, former MLA and a long-time Thackeray loyalist quit the party and formally joined ‘Shinde Sena’ along with his supporters. The switchover by three-time MLA into Shinde camp has ignited fresh speculations about more lawmakers switching their loyalties in days to come, as part of the ‘Operation Tiger’.
