66 miles today in temps between 4 and 5 degrees. Slightly underdressed, and I am definitely getting some of those heated gloves. Visited Torcross for fish and chips. Bike still filthy.

I took photos one and two near Hambledon Hill in Dorset. Three was taken in Buckland-in-the-Moor on Dartmoor and four was taken in the village of Strete, between Dartmouth and Torcross.

Then a walk over the top to look at poor Torcross - damaged properties (smashed roof tiles etc on many); and a devasting double breach in the Slapton line, very sad may be not repairable (or the funds to do so!!). Taken with wide angle then full zoom (600mm eqiv).

Red-necked Grebe, Great White Egret & 5 Goldeneye highlights on Slapton Ley. Off Torcross - Red-throated Diver, GN Diver, 2 Razorbill etc. No C Egrets at Stokeley. Ring-necked Duck back at P'worthy sleeping (pic from weekend) #ukbirding #birding #birds #wildlife
