Over the last 3 days i have been at the most wonderful inspiring international conference on #ocd attended by clinicians, scientists , people with li experience . Held in London by @OrchardOCD , it has been exciting , inspiring, encouraging and fun. Wonderful friends/colleagues!

Today atlunchtime i rushed out of the door to go for a running track session - 4 miles at different speeds . I grabbed the nearest vest top and realised i had on my @OrchardOCD . So i am promoting #ocd #research as well as #healthyaging #healthyageing #geriatrics

14 years ago as a PhD student, I was mesmerized by listening to Trevor Robbins' lecture on OCD, which hugely influenced my work. It's so nice to see him giving a talk about all the stuff he has done since then; and spotting that I seem to have made a little contribution too... 😊 #OrchardOCD
