Oh sick, that's awesome! I remember watching a show of theirs from a rooftop party beside an outdoor venue.
So not an amazing view, but the show looked and sounded great!

And it also lets you sidechain another track (ie the one you hear in the clip) to manipulate the image to the beat etc

my guess is osci-render or thats what id probably use for 3D models. theres many other tools for generating oscilloscope visuals, you can do the math by hand too and write your own modular patches!

Should add that you'll need a way to generate the audio signal to send to it, I'm using Osci-Render as it's very musician-focused and can run as a VST which is nice.
I'm sidechaining the audio you can hear to manipulate the signal, make it pulse to the beat etc etc.
