The Planning Board heard an extensive presentation and large public comment period on a proposed adult-use cannabis dispensary in a Crozet Avenue shopping center; residents and community groups raised concerns about proximity to schools and a local lodge, hours, and potential loitering while the applicant pledged stronger security and promised supplemental materials.

Village Manager Karen Tour told the board that prefabricated sections of the Aqueduct multimodal parking/transportation hub are being installed rapidly and that the bid packet for a downtown community center renovation will be issued by the end of the week; police are managing traffic around construction.
