Completed another bust.

Seems NICE is awaiting a single silver bullet cure/drug (relying on big US research $$).
My take is ME is a complex state. Multiple routes into/outof this and it's meanwhile about methodically working through the layers toward cellular health, for improved quality of life if not yet full recovery.

The inconsistent stun is maybe my biggest issue with the game. You cant reliably make small term plan to get outof a sticky situation because its always a crapshoot if youll get a stun into melee attack, and in a survival horror game maaging ur resources through small plana is a majority of the game
