Obviously I am not going to single handedly stop the spread of H5N1, but I also don't want my house to be a reservoir.
Unfortunately around here we also get occasional guests with PBFD (a terrible transmissible disease in parrots), so doing this saves two birds with one spray, so to speak.

少し前から尾羽などにストレスラインがあるのは分かっていたので何かしらあるのかもと思っていましたけど、メガバクに感染しているということで5週間のお薬投与となりました。
ハクさんは、もりもりご飯を食べますし、糞も問題ないのですけど、発症する前に退治したいと思います。
PBFDやBFDについては、雛換羽が終わった位のタイミングで新しい羽の状態を見て実施しても良いのではとのことでしたので、まずはメガバク優先ということになりました。

はっぴ、先天的な物か病気でかはまだ分かりませんが、肝臓の諸数値が壊滅的に大変なことになってました。今日から投薬しつつ、pbfdやらなんやらの検査結果も待ちながら通院生活です🤢

Megas, Mykoplasmose hab ich hier auch, auch Tbc wurde bei Winny vermutet, aber Pbfd gab's hier definitiv noch nicht, daher leider keine Option..Ich hoffe alle finden ein Plätzchen 🍀🤍
