1) The Marketplaces bring 1.8 million people out of poverty
2) Poverty is even more concentrated in states that didn't expand Medicaid

Oh, Essex PCC (now PFCC) when I made a complaint about the police refusing to charge driver for deliberately targeting me & knocking me off bike & assault me. He said thru secretary basically it's not his job to deal with the actions of the officers. A Cllr made similar complaint & got same shit.
