2025 was a record-breaking year for PHFA. We helped 6,867 families purchase a home in Pennsylvania. In all, we provided more than $1.5 billion in loans to help make dreams possible.

Covenant House PA has opened its amazing Rights of Passage II transitional housing facility in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia! PHFA-provided PHARE funding helped create these 12 transitional living units that will serve unhoused youth. Congratulations!
