Late morning scene on an overcast day in an educational City, facing a mostly residential block where the Fall Fair is taking place for the elementary school on this block; it is called the School for Social Action because they challenge students to engage in a design theory of social action to make the world a better place for all; the street is blockaded by police cars at either end of the block, which is decorated with many fall-themed balloons, arts, and crafts — along with a number of giant inflatable slides and other exciting activities; crafts, tasty treats, and face glitter is also part of the event; they are still finishing the setup but it's about to be lit!
