Update: Found out that insurance had already applied Pfizer’s $1,000 copay discount, which is why the Paxcess card didn’t work (it’s the same discount). So the final cost of Paxlovid is $493.44 for a person who qualifies.

Last time I got covid, BC/BS told me paxlovid would go against my deductible, $1300 for the 5-day course! I was able to get it for free using Pfizer's Paxcess program, but that's gone now. I'm on Medicare now, so I haven't navigated those prescription ins and outs yet.
