Projecting my PCOS enhanced period cramps onto that fuckass triangle

I have always been aware that I could not pass any of these tests, because of PCOS. And so many cis women have pcos, and probably have no idea because doctors don't tell us what it means or even diagnose it very regularly
anti-trans virtue signaling that is not going to last, because a LOT of cis athletes are about to find out they are intersex
The IOC has come out with its policy for the banning of trans women in elite sports on the basis of the presence of the SRY gene and will require all athletes competing in the women’s sport category to do a DNA swab in order to compete:

Team I'm Gonna Talk About My Endo & PCOS Because Folks Need To Be Normal About It
I have endometriosis, and I firmly believe in destigmatising gynaecology and the every day aspects of both of these things, so if you don’t want to hear occasional comments about periods, then block me and also delete your account because this is a site for ppl who have hit puberty

Sex ed should be mandatory and all students regardless of gender should study periods, childbirth, PCOS, and endometriosis.
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

PCOS. I'd fail.
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. HEGSETH WANTS FEMALE TROOPS TO HAVE THEIR TESTOSTERONE LEVELS TESTED TOO. 😑

Yes PCOS is very common, and much higher rates in Black women. I have PCOS.

Excess androgens can lead to some advantages in muscle building and strength. But also hair growth, acne, and skin changes.

We are often prescribed hormone blockers, etc.

Hence why I ponder about gender affirming care.
I had to look this up and was surprised that this apparently affects roughly 1 in 10 women.

Surprised it is that common.

Surprised also that something that common is something I had never heard of.

(maybe I shouldn't have been so surprised about the second point)

*sighs in PCOS*
the biologists made a bunch of noises.

"We don't know how to tell you this," they said. "But see, we don't know for sure."

I was like HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW

And one of them was like, "No one has really bothered to study human women."

Coming back from my PCOS diagnosis into MW4. Fantastic. Maybe it’ll bring me some new inspiration 🖤

If men had pcos. The world would take pcos more serious.

Cis women with pcos have been the real ones since day 1 since I came out
June 6, 2025 at 1:19 AM
I had PCOS/endo surgery 22 years ago. I had to drive to another state to get that care, from a specialist doctor who other women with PCOS/endo basically PASSED AROUND ON THE INTERNET because it was so impossible to get help back then!!!

We need that improvement so badly!
As someone that was diagnosed w PCOS almost 20 years ago … I hope this helps improve quality of life for women like me and stimulate wider research into the condition
dear god PLEASE let this also lead to a wider acceptance that treatment needs to include *improving quality of life* and not just "how to make them have baby"

Said this before, but every time the "biological woman" circus kicks off I think of the millions of women, including myself, with conditions like PCOS who struggle with "masculine" features like facial hair, and how the only women I'd be afraid to meet in a bathroom are gender-policing creeps.

Getting distracted by the PCOS supplement ad because the performer looks like the actress from Ms. 45
April 4, 2026 at 5:16 AM
Every so and so I'm flashbanged by the knowledge that some cis women with PCOS go around calling themselves transfem.
June 3, 2026 at 10:55 AM
I have met many women with PCOS and a few intersex people with PCOS but NEVER met an intersex person claim to be intersex BECAUSE of PCOS.

Just a really odd thing to assert, with literally no scientific evidence.

why does pcos have the same symptoms as the santa clause
